Room was very nice. Comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere. Rates were a little higher than typical for Holiday Inn. Staff was nice but inept. Took far too long to check inn and they were unable to locate any extra blankets/pillows or rollaway. $10/person breakfast was very much lacking. Typical free continental breakfast options. Not worth the money!! Coffee was good though.

My stay here was good. My problem was the low level of hospitality in a place where that's what I'm "buying." During my stay, I was offered to pre pay for my breakfast. I declined and was told I could upgrade as long as I did it before midnight, and it would be billed to my room. Later, I called down and was told that I would have to return to the lobby to complete the meal ticket transaction. This might not seem like a big deal, but after driving for hours and finally settling into bed, I was tired. It would seem to me that I should have been able to buy the tickets over the phone and have them delivered to my room. I have spent quite a lot of time at hotels. Several of which would be considered lower rating, and a few of them have done exactly as I've described... And dont get me started on the fact that several of the outlets by my bed didn't work. Disappointed to say the least.

My room was efficiently laid out and tastefully decorated, with ample lighting and comfortable furnishings. Pillows were especially varied and comfy. Tub had a sloped back for comfort--much nicer than the straight-back design favored by many chains. Everything was fresh and clean.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very nice with good service and a better than most restaurant. Two issues: 1) Why only one light in the bathroom located over the tub? It leaves the rest of the bathroom fairly dim. Bad design. 2) The bath towels are small, thin, and rough. Surprising for a hotel this nice.

Had our wedding here and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. All of the staff and management went above and beyond for our wedding. Down to rehearsal dinner at burger theory, to having multiple rooms at both hotels, the ballroom, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet even with a full house and a room facing the fire pit. The staff is warm and welcoming. The description says there is a full kitchen but that is not exactly true, it is a hamburger restaurant …

We stayed here after a concert at the Rialto. The front desk staff was very accommodating and went over and above to help us with something we needed. Beds were comfortable, rooms spotless, overall a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
